The journey began in 1980, when our founder launched into the optical industry offering quality discounted eyewear at flea markets across Philadelphia. Every pair was later handcrafted at home — right out of a garage in Northeast Philadelphia.
As demand grew, our first brick-and-mortar store opened in 1982, delivering the same quality, honesty, and affordability. For us, it wasn't just about selling glasses; it was about providing a necessity with dignity and care.
In 2009, the next generation joined the business, bringing modern optical training and a vision to expand beyond the local community without losing our family-owned soul.
