1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Prescription eyewear or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
