Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Prescription or custom-made orders may be non-returnable.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
1. Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by original packaging and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Prescription or custom-made eyewear
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling
3. Return Process
To start a return, contact our support team with your order number. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost when applicable.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for the return.
